You MUST be 18 years old or older.
You MUST have a working microphone.
You MUST have been on the server for at least a week.
You MUST be able to serve the city well.
You MUST be able to use Discord.
You MUST be able to work as a team.
You SHOULD be capable of learning new things.
You SHOULD have knowledge about the rules.
You SHOULD not be banned or punished recently.
