Welcome to Gen Z Roleplay

Please read and understand all rules before joining our community. Breaking these rules can result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the server.

A. General Rules

  • You must have a working microphone and access to Discord to communicate.
  • Respect all players. Harassment, discrimination, and toxicity are not tolerated.
  • Always remain in character (IC). Do not break character to discuss rules (use Discord for complaints).
  • Use the proper chain of command for issues (contact support staff first, then moderators/admins if needed).
  • No backseat administration. Let staff handle rule enforcement.
  • Offensive or inappropriate names (IC, Discord, or Steam) are strictly prohibited.
  • Powergaming: Do not use unrealistic mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Fear RP: Your character must realistically fear for their life in dangerous situations.
  • Random Deathmatch (RDM): Killing without a valid RP reason is forbidden.
  • Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM): Using a vehicle to harm others without RP justification is prohibited.
  • Combat Logging: Disconnecting to avoid RP consequences is not allowed.
  • Do not intentionally kill or kidnap EMS personnel. (can cause ban)
  • When downed, remain silent and do not act until revived. (ban able offense)
  • Hate speech or excessive profanity in the in-game chat is not allowed. Example: Jaroj, Bandir Bacca, Chamar (ban able offense)
  • You cannot carry or move any enemy-downed bodies for more than 10 minutes. (ban able offense)
  • After EMS revival, you must roleplay injuries and cannot immediately engage in combat.
  • Exploiting glitches, emotes, or game mechanics for unfair advantages is prohibited. Report any glitches to staff. (ban able offense)
  • Teaching new players about illegal jobs or secret locations is not allowed; let them explore the city naturally. (ban able offense)
  • Avoid harassment, kidnapping, or fighting in Local Job Areas.
  • Once dead and revived, you cannot return to the same RP scenario. (ban able offense)
  • Multi-Character Rule: You cannot have both a government/official job and a gang character. (only police is not allowed)
  • Advertising other RP communities is not allowed. (ban able offense)
  • You cannot hold multiple whitelisted government jobs unless approved by department heads.
  • Switching between government jobs requires resigning from the previous one and waiting a week.
  • No mixing of IC and OOC information. (ban able offense)
  • After every restart at 6 am and 6 pm, Tsunami RP will refresh all the arguments, anger, arguments, and issues that happened with other players/groups, but only the healthy memories and RP continuation stories will continue.
  • RP should be treated realistically—every action affects your character's ongoing story.
  • Emotes should enhance RP, not be used to gain an advantage during combat. (ban able offense)
  • Breaking characters or discussing server rules in RP can result in a ban. (ban able offense)
  • You may take legal action against government employees via RP court cases.
  • Legal cases can result in suspensions, life sentences, or major consequences for characters.
  • Court cases require proper submission in the RP-court-case section, with valid evidence.
  • Players may take pictures and record RP scenarios using in-game phone.
  • New life Rules: After death, you must leave everything behind and abide by the rules of a new life.

B. Zero-Tolerance Policies

  • Racism, discrimination, or harassment will result in immediate punishment.
  • No religious, caste, nationality, or sexual orientation discrimination.
  • Toxic behavior, whether in-game, Discord, or social media, is strictly prohibited.
  • Sexual harassment, body shaming, or inappropriate conduct towards any player will lead to severe consequences.
  • Interactions with players must remain respectful, avoiding non-consensual or offensive behavior.

C. Breaking Character

  • Stay in character at all times; resolve issues in RP and report rule-breaking afterward.
  • Do not bait others into breaking character.
  • Do not discuss game rules or server mechanics in RP. Handle disputes in Discord.

D. Metagaming & Powergaming

  • Metagaming (using OOC information IC) is strictly prohibited.
  • Example: Watching a stream and using that information to find someone IC is metagaming.
  • Powergaming (forcing unrealistic or unfair actions onto others) is not allowed.
  • Using knowledge your character wouldn't realistically have in RP is considered metagaming.

E. Criminal & Police RP

  • Kidnapping police is allowed but requires solid RP reasoning.
  • The maximum number of police officers responding to a crime varies based on severity (up to 8 officers).
  • Robbery Demands: You may demand reasonable things, you can make up to 2 demands at a time (e.g., No spikes, No helicopters, Free passage, no tracker).
  • Cop baiting (provoking police without RP reasoning) is not allowed. (ban able offense)
  • You cannot escape to a Red Zone to avoid being arrested. (ban able offense)
  • Eliminating Enemies (making them forget everything leading to that incident with quality RP of course): Only allowed to eliminate critical threats or protect life-altering information. Must go under proper RP and agreements.
  • No gang member can force someone to perma-death their character.
  • Robbery Member Limits:
    • Drug Sales: Police 2 vs Criminal 2
    • House robbery: Criminal 2 vs 3 police (Code red not allowed)
    • Shop robbery: 3 robbers vs 3 police (if Code red then 4 Police)
    • Fleeca Bank or Jewelry robbery: 4 robbers vs 5 police
    • Paleto Bank robbery: 5 robbers vs 7 police
    • Pacific Bank robbery: 6 robbers vs 8 police
  • Other random situations: Prohibited (may cause ban/Jail time depending on the situation with proper proof from both parties)
  • Third Party is not allowed (EX. OX and AxIS is fighting and Mahfuz joins then its third party)
  • Chain Robbery: You cannot perform more than 3 consecutive robberies without engaging in a police chase.

F. Safe Zones & Combat Rules

  • Green Zones: Any kind of government registered job. Example: PDM, Pillbox, Police Department, Chill CafĂ© and Impound.
  • Blue Zones: Police department areas with extra protection.
  • Red Zones: Official gang-controlled areas where combat is expected.
  • Do not run into Safe Zones to escape combat. (it can lead to a ban if proven by opposite party or reported)
  • You can loot a person
  • A 1-hour cooldown applies before engaging the same gang in another fight.
  • Downed bodies must be left within 10 minutes.

G. Prohibited RP

  • Banned RP: Rape RP, Suicide RP, and extreme violent scenarios are strictly prohibited.
  • Erotic RP: Allowed only in private areas and must comply with community guidelines.
  • Torture RP: Requires consent from all involved parties.
  • Revenge RP: Retaliating after death or forcing someone to perma-death is prohibited.
  • No excessive gore or inappropriate content that violates community standards.
  • If you want to do long term surgery RP then both party must agree to continue the RP.
  • Fake police RP Not Allowed (ban able offense)
  • If you want to engage in Fake Police RP, you must obtain permission from the management and provide a valid reason.

H. Roleplay Conduct & Server Contribution

  • Players must contribute to a healthy RP environment and avoid toxicity or PVP-focused playstyles.
  • Toxicity, excessive aggression, or low-quality RP is not tolerated.
  • Players must handle heated conversations calmly and de-escalate conflicts through RP.
  • Talking or taunting cops must remain respectful and playful without crossing into toxic behavior.
  • Players should assist new citizens and help create a welcoming and immersive RP experience.
  • The community prioritizes its citizens first. Players must help and support others instead of disrupting RP.
  • Understanding Gen-Z RP: Gen-Z is a city of Legends models where inclusivity, creativity, and engaging RP thrive. Players are expected to uphold this vision.

I. Ticket Rules

  • To report a player or any situation, you must submit a POV (point of view/Recording).
  • Do not open ticket during a on going situation or come to support unless it's Hacker related issues, use the in city report option at any time at any cost only.
  • The time limit to provide evidence is 2 days.
  • If no evidence is provided within this time frame, the ticket will be closed depending on the seriousness of the situation. Must provide valid evidence if not provided ticket will be closed and if ticket is opened again will not be answered.
