  • You MUST be able to serve the city well.
  • You MUST be able to use Discord.
  • You MUST be able to work as a team.
  • You SHOULD be capable of learning new things.
  • You SHOULD have knowledge about the rules.
  • You SHOULD not be banned or punished recently.
